AMERICAN CLASSIC LIMITED WARRANTY

Raynor Garage Doors (Raynor) warrants the sections of the American Classic doors against cracking, splitting or deterioration due to rust as follows:

(a) in residential single family installations, for ten years;

(b) in all other residential installations (including installations on facilities owned in common by condominium associations or similar organizations) for five years from date of delivery to the original purchaser.

If, within the term of the warranty, any American Classic door sections are found to be defective upon inspection by authorized Raynor personnel, Raynor will replace the defective door sections. Labor charges for installations shall be the responsibility of the consumer. This warranty covers only the American Classic door sections and does not apply to any other parts or hardware. This warranty does not apply to commercial or industrial installations.

THE AMERICAN CLASSIC WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO ANY DAMAGE OR DETERIORATION CAUSED BY ABUSE, APPLIED PAINT FAILURE, CORROSIVE AIRBORNE SUBSTANCES OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY MAINTENANCE.

RAYNOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
